Shihori Oyama

Shihori Oyama is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Innovation as well as Vice President of Sustainability & Communication at Shiseido, Shihori Oyama has a strong background in sustainability initiatives and R&D communication. Prior to joining Shiseido, Shihori Oyama held various marketing roles at L'Oréal, including Global Marketing Director for Maybelline New York and Global Senior Marketing Manager for the same brand. Shihori Oyama's career also includes positions as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager for shu uemura international, starting as a Junior Product Manager. Shihori Oyama earned a degree from Keio University.
