Neeraj Sati

Mr. Neeraj Sati comes with more than 18 years of experience, with proficiency in delivering operational success in the aspects of Retail Assets, Liability Product Management, Risk & Audits, Regulatory Compliances, Process Improvement, Centralization & Automation.

He has joined Shivalik Bank from RBL Bank Ltd., where he was instrumental in scaling-up Financial Inclusion Business to a 1 Bn $ book by rolling-out new products and bringing strategic partnerships.

At Shivalik, responsible for developing the lending and partnership business for the bank with special focus on underserved segment in predominantly rural and semiurban markets.

Neeraj has started his career in microfinance industry and worked with organisations such as SIDBI and Axis Bank in Financial Inclusion and Rural Banking space.

Neeraj holds Post Graduation in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneshwar (XIMB) and a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from G B Pant Univ of Agri & Tech, Pantnagar.
