Patrick Sheppard

Patrick Sheppard has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Patrick began their career as a Program Manager at Advantage CAD/CAM in 1995. Patrick then worked as an Application Engineer at SofTech from 1998 to 2000. At Seco Tools, Sheppard held various roles including Manager of Segment Development - Mold and Die, Product Manager - Milling, and Project Application Manager. From 2004 to 2008, they worked at Mahar Tool Supply as a Sales/Technical Specialist and later as the Chrysler Transmission Lead. Sheppard then joined Sumitomo Electric Carbide as a Technical Project Manager. Patrick was responsible for coordinating the supply chain, providing technical support, and overseeing product sales. In 2015, Sheppard became the Director of Sales at CERATIZIT GROUP. Patrick then worked as the National Sales Manager at Heritage Cutter - Decatur Diamond before joining Shively Bros., Inc. in 2020 as the Director of New Business Development.

Patrick Sheppard attended the Wharton School in 2014 for an Executive Negotiations program. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Baker College of Auburn Hills between 1999 and 2001. Patrick completed their secondary education at Dryden High School from 1993 to 1997.
