Bob Goltz has over 15 years of experience in various executive and managerial roles within the manufacturing industry. Bob started their career at Montana Tractors in 2004 as an After Sales Support Manager before moving on to become the Director of Operations and later the Vice President of Operations. In 2010, they joined Sioux Steel Company as an Area Sales Manager, eventually becoming the Chief Operating Officer. Bob worked at Sioux Steel until 2017 when they joined Shivvers Manufacturing as the National Sales Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Shivvers Manufacturing. Throughout their career, Bob Goltz has demonstrated strong leadership skills, overseeing sales activities, establishing revenue targets, and preparing reports for senior staff and board members.
Bob Goltz completed a two-year Associate's degree program in Diesel Mechanics Technology/Technician from Southeast Community College-Milford from 1980 to 1982.
