Bander Alghamdi has a diverse and extensive work experience. Bander began their career at Samba Bank Limited in 1996 as the Central region Collection Head and held this position until 2003. From 2003 to 2005, they served as the Head of Collection and follow-up at Abdullatif Alissa Group Holding Co./ best. Bander then joined Samba Financial Group as the Business Head of Real Estate from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, Alghamdi joined Alinma Bank as the AGM of Retail Asset Division and remained in this role until 2015. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Bank Albilad as the General Manager Retail Assets. In 2020, they were appointed as the Chief Executive Officer at Saudi Home Loans.
