Kurt Chang

Kurt Chang is an accomplished Principal Data Scientist and Team Leader at SHL Medical since October 2021, previously serving as Principal Engineer. Before this role, Kurt worked as a Research Scientist at LCY Group from August 2020 to September 2021, where responsibilities included planning a three-year roadmap for AI technology in chemical and materials R&D and initiating a project on electronic materials. Prior to that, Kurt was a researcher at the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) from September 2013 to July 2020, where machine learning was integrated into materials research, and Kurt hosted twelve projects focusing on materials informatics technology. Kurt obtained a Master's degree in Chemistry from National Central University from 2011 to 2013.
