Amanda Kondrotas, PhD, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of talent management and sales. Amanda is currently the Director of Business Development, North America at SHL, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Sales Specialists and Commercial Director, Sales Specialist Talent Mobility at SHL. Amanda received their B.S. in Psychology from Pittsburg State University in 2001, specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Amanda further pursued their education at the Florida Institute of Technology, where they earned their PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 2005.
