Amanda Kondrotas

Amanda Kondrotas, PhD, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of talent management and sales. Amanda is currently the Director of Business Development, North America at SHL, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Sales Specialists and Commercial Director, Sales Specialist Talent Mobility at SHL. Amanda also held the position of Head of Sales Specialists, Talent Management at SHL from February 2021 to August 2021.

Before joining SHL, Amanda worked at CEB (now Gartner) from January 2015 onwards, where they progressed through various roles and eventually became a Practice Manager, High-Potential Solutions. At CEB, they were responsible for designing and managing talent management programs using data analytics for businesses of all sizes.

Amanda's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at both CEB (now Gartner, from August 2012 to January 2015) and SHL (from January 2008 to August 2012). Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at PreVisor (acquired CraftSystems, Inc.) from November 2007 to January 2009, and at CraftSystems, Inc. as a Consultant from June 2005 to November 2007. Overall, Amanda's work experience showcases their expertise in talent management, sales, and project management.

Amanda Kondrotas, PhD, has a strong educational background in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Amanda received their B.S. in Psychology from Pittsburg State University in 2001, specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Amanda further pursued their education at the Florida Institute of Technology, where they earned their PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 2005. Amanda has also obtained various certifications throughout their career, including the Occupational Personality Questionnaire Certification from SHL in 2009 and the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in 2006. Additionally, they have completed sales training programs from institutions like SHL and CEB, now Gartner, to enhance their professional skills.
