Karen Hodges

Karen Hodges is an experienced professional in talent solutions and organizational psychology, currently serving as Associate Director for Europe Professional Services at SHL since January 2018. Karen leads a team of talent specialists and occupational psychologists, focusing on delivering impactful data insights and high-quality talent solutions. Previously, Karen held roles as Principal Consultant and UK Delivery Manager, and Managing Consultant at SHL, where responsibilities included leading teams, developing client relationships, and delivering complex talent solutions.
