Kristen Cooper

Kristen Cooper is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Head of Presales Solution Consulting for the Americas at SHL since June 2022, Kristen leads a team of Solution Architects to provide tailored solutions for clients' talent needs. Previous roles include Head of People Success at CodeSignal and Client Partner at pymetrics, where Kristen focused on client program success and business expansion. Extensive experience at CSX includes multiple managerial positions, such as Manager of Talent Management & Organizational Development, where Kristen led succession planning and executive development programs. Kristen holds a BA in Psychology from Auburn University and an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of West Florida.
