Philippa Tripp

Philippa Tripp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and consulting. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Oxygen8 Consulting Ltd since May 2018, Philippa also holds multiple roles as an Associate Consultant at various organizations, including Roffey Park Institute, Full Potential Group, Talupp, Capstone International, and SHL. Philippa’s previous experience includes the role of HR Director for Sony Music Entertainment, where strategic and operational HR support was provided to the UK Senior Management team. Prior to this, Philippa held positions at SHL Group Ltd. and Visa Europe, focusing on executive assessment and project management. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Organisational Psychology from City St George’s, University of London, and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Stirling.
