Priya Thanki

Priya Thanki has over 20 years of work experience, with a focus on engineering and technology leadership roles. Priya currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at SHL since April 2023. Prior to this, they held various positions at Monster Worldwide, including VP of Engineering from February 2019 to April 2023, VP of Enterprise Applications from October 2016 to February 2019, and Senior Director of Enterprise Applications from October 2012 to October 2016. Before joining Monster, Priya worked as the Director of Business Analysis at Monster from September 2007 to October 2012. Priya also gained experience as a Senior Business Analyst at HSBC from 2004 to 2007 and as a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager at Reuters from 2002 to 2004. Priya started their career as a Consultant at Innoveer from 2001 to 2002.

Priya Thanki completed an MBA Essentials program at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Foundation Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in 2013. Priya also holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from Kingston University, which they completed in 2000.
