Shobhit Narang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management consulting and business solutions. Currently serving as the Managing Consultant and Solutions Architect Head at SHL since March 2020, Shobhit has also held roles as Senior Consultant and Presales Lead within the same organization and previously contributed as a Senior Consultant at Aspiring Minds prior to its acquisition by SHL. Prior engagements include positions as Senior Consultant at Jombay, Manager of Business and Delivery at Korn Ferry Hay Group, and Regional Business Head at Pearson TalentLens India, focusing on business growth in North and East India. Shobhit began the career at Dell India Services as a Technical Engineer and later served as Client Solutions Manager at Aspiring Minds. Shobhit Narang holds an MBA in Marketing and HR from Bharati Vidyapeeth and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University.
