Siobhain Child

Siobhain Child is an experienced professional in organisational development and talent solutions, currently serving as an Organisational Development Consultant at ANSTO since April 2024. Siobhain has been with SHL since April 2019, holding multiple roles including Senior Account Manager focused on the NSW Government and partnerships, where duties involve collaborating with partners to create effective talent acquisition strategies and driving sales engagement. Prior experience includes managing consulting roles at The HR Space, where Siobhain contributed to human capital consulting, and positions at Chandler Macleod Group, Billy Blue College of Design, and various roles in London, enhancing skills in assessment coordination, academic services, and client management. Siobhain holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Swinburne University of Technology and participated in an exchange program at the University of Leeds.
