Sushant Dwivedy

Sushant Dwivedy is the current Regional Leader for India and the Philippines at SHL. Sushant has held various leadership positions at companies such as Aspiring Minds, Xerox, Avaya, Microsoft, and more. Sushant has been instrumental in driving organizational transformation and growth at each of these companies. At Aspiring Minds, Sushant led the enterprise business and was responsible for building the company's growth strategy centered around new customer acquisition and expanding existing engagements with new offerings. Under Sushant's leadership, Xerox's Global Document Organization in the India sub-continent saw exponential growth with the capture of multi-million dollar revenue from the Bangladesh Government. At Microsoft, Sushant held various positions including Partner Manager, Enterprise Sales Lead, and Group Director for Small and Medium Business. In each of these roles, Sushant was responsible for driving growth and expansion for Microsoft.

Sushant Dwivedy completed a PGDM in Marketing and Systems from Xavier Institute of Management. Sushant also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute Of Technology. Sushant Dwivedy attended The Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet for their secondary education.
