Veronica Jenssen

Veronica Jenssen is an experienced consultant in the field of industrial and organizational psychology, currently working at SHL since August 2021. Previously, Veronica held various consulting roles at IOS, Inc. from July 2016 to August 2021, and served as an Associate Consultant and Senior Assessment Specialist. As a Research Assistant Intern at Hogan Assessment Systems, responsibilities included managing item translations and collaborating on customized competency models. Additional consulting experience includes developing training programs at B+T Group and contributing to organizational initiatives for the Office of Multicultural Affairs at the University of Tulsa. Veronica also has a strong background in public relations, having served as Public Relations Director at RamPR and as a corresponding writer for the Greater Chicago-Land Daily Herald. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Tulsa and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Public Relations from Colorado State University.
