Mickael Touzain

Mickael Touzain has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as Responsable de la Production Immobiliere at SHLMR since April 2011, overseeing a team responsible for the planning and monitoring of operations. Previously, Mickael held the position of Responsable d'opérations immobilières, managing a portfolio of approximately 600 social housing units across 15 to 20 projects, while also handling financing arrangements. Prior to SHLMR, Mickael worked at Groupe Pichet from January 2006 to May 2010, initially as Responsable Réseau Investisseur, leading the marketing of rental investment programs, and later as Responsable de programmes immobiliers, managing around 1,300 housing units through various construction and rehabilitation projects. Mickael's educational background includes a DESS in Urbanisme Opérationnel and a MST in Aménagement et gestion / développement du territoire from the Institut d'Aménagement, de Tourisme et d'Urbanisme, alongside a License in Sociologie from the Université de Bordeaux.
