Rhonda Whitlock

Rhonda Whitlock has extensive experience in the fields of GIS analysis and customer solutions, having worked at Sho-Me Power Electric Cooperative and Sho-Me Technologies since June 2002. Currently serving as a GIS Analyst and Account Executive, Rhonda transitioned from the accounting department after fifteen years to focus on customer solutions in July 2016. Rhonda holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Missouri State University, obtained between 1983 and 1986.
