Phil Campbell Oam

Phil Campbell OAM is a highly experienced engineer with a diverse background spanning multiple industries, including rail, aerospace, and defense. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Shoal Group Pty Ltd since August 2022, Phil previously held several significant roles at the Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) from July 2007 to June 2022, including Pandemic Response Commander and General Manager Technical Standards, where Phil successfully updated engineering standards and managed critical projects. Prior experience includes senior engineering and management positions at BAE Systems Australia, Ball Corporation, British Aerospace, and the Royal Australian Air Force. Phil holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Structural Design and a Graduate Diploma in Rail Operations Management.
