Andy Widner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering management, project quality control, and construction oversight within the renewable energy sector, particularly in solar technology. Currently serving as Deployed Systems Engineering Manager at Shoals Technologies Group since November 2023, Andy previously held multiple roles at Sunfolding, including Quality and Construction Manager and Construction & Service Advisor, where responsibilities encompassed project training, quality documentation, and contractor support for solar projects up to 122 MW. Andy’s prior positions include Project Superintendent at ReNew Petra, Regional Project Manager at Tricon Residential, and Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at Landmark Apartment Trust, alongside military service in the United States Marine Corps, where operational logistics and training were key focus areas.
