Brandon Klarner

Brandon Klarner has extensive work experience in financial reporting and auditing roles. Brandon began their career at KPMG US as an Audit Associate in September 2015, eventually progressing to become an Audit Senior Manager. During their time at KPMG US, they held various roles including Audit Senior Associate and Audit Manager. In 2022, they joined Shoals Technologies Group as a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and later became the Director of Financial Reporting in August 2023.

Brandon Klarner earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Information Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2014. Brandon then pursued a Master's Degree in Accounting at the same university from 2014 to 2015. Brandon has also obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the Tennessee State Board of Accountancy.
