Karen Bazela

Karen Bazela has a strong background in sales and leadership roles. Karen is currently working as the Vice President of Sales at Shoals Technologies Group. Prior to that, they held the position of Region Sales Head-East at Siemens. Karen has also worked at Southwire Company, where they held various roles including Vice President of Customer Service and Specialty Distribution, Vice President of Speed Services, and Vice President of Retail Sales. In these roles, they developed customer service strategies, managed teams, and implemented strategies for faster product delivery.

Karen Bazela completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management at the University of West Georgia in 2001. Karen then pursued their Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 2017 to 2019.
