Matthew Hicks

Matthew Hicks is an experienced professional with a strong background in marketing and business development. Currently serving as a Solutions Expert at Shock I.T. Support since March 2021, Matthew previously held the position of Business Development Specialist at Vantage Unified Communications USA LLC from June 2013 to November 2020, where responsibilities included leading development efforts for VoIP services and collaboration solutions.
