Richard J. DiGiovanni has a diverse work experience in various industries. Richard J. also oversaw tooling and mold design, as well as the expansion of the facility.

Prior to this, Richard worked as the Director of Operations at Ames Corp. - The Polymer Solutions Company, where they were responsible for managing a 24-hour manufacturing facility.
