Derrick Compton

Derrick Compton is an experienced professional in the construction and precast concrete industry, currently serving as a Field Coordinator at The Shockey Precast Group since May 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Estimator at Pennstress and Quality Control Manager at RW Companies, as well as a Project Manager at Structurecast. Derrick has a strong background in plant operations from tenure at Con-Fab CA Corporation. Educationally, Derrick holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Modesto Junior College, completed between 1997 and 2011.
