Archana Sadwelkar

Archana Sadwelkar has a diverse work experience in project management and IT roles. Archana currently works at Shockwave Medical as a Principal Project Manager. Prior to that, they worked at SAP Ariba as a Director of Product Management, where they were responsible for managing the Supplier Management product and collaborating with global Fortune 500 clients. Archana also worked at Cummins Inc. as the General Manager and IT Head, leading a 45-person IT organization supporting multiple manufacturing plants. Earlier in their career, Archana worked at Cypress Semiconductor as a Senior IT Manager and IT Program Manager, where they specialized in JDA Supply Chain modules and successfully delivered complex projects across various business domains.

Archana Sadwelkar holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Scrum, including Scrum: Advanced, Scrum: The Basics, Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from institutions such as LinkedIn and Scrum Alliance. Archana obtained their CSM certification in September 2021.
