Eric Lai

Eric Lai is an experienced operations leader in the medical technology field, currently serving as Director of Operations at Shockwave Medical since April 2023. Prior to this role, Eric held similar positions at Neovasc Inc. from 2019 to April 2023 and at Navigate Surgical Technologies Inc. from 2016 to 2018. Eric's career began at Novadaq Technologies Inc., where Eric worked as a Product Engineer and Mechanical Engineer from 2008 to 2016. Eric Lai holds a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Leibniz Universität Hannover and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
