Joe Longo

Joe Longo is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the medical device and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales at Shockwave Medical, Inc. since December 2020, Longo focuses on transforming treatments for calcified cardiovascular disease through innovative sonic pressure wave technology. Prior to this role, Longo held various leadership positions at MiMedx from December 2013 to December 2020, including National Vice President of Sales for Surgical, Spine & Orthopedic, overseeing strategic corporate accounts and leading high-value contract negotiations. Springing from a foundation at companies such as LipoScience, Abbott Vascular, and Boston Scientific, Longo has demonstrated a consistent ability to build and motivate sales teams, drive market penetration, and secure significant contracts across multiple healthcare sectors.
