Ashley Chavez

Ashley Chavez has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Manager Trainer at Shoe Palace since May 2016, after a quick promotion from Sales Manager. At Shoe Palace, Ashley oversees a high-volume store and has successfully increased sales compared to the previous year. Prior to this role, Ashley worked as Assistant Store Manager at Tilly's from April 2013 to May 2016, developing strategic business plans and sales strategies for high-volume operations. Ashley began a retail career at Dillard's Inc. as a Senior Sales Associate from September 2011 to April 2013, where responsibilities included customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising. Ashley is a graduate of West Las Vegas High School and attended New Mexico Highlands University.
