Aaron Debord

Aaron DeBord serves as the Chief Information Officer at Shoe Show, Inc., the largest privately held footwear retailer in the U.S., since June 2023. Prior to this role, Aaron was Vice President of IT Retail Solutions at Dollar Tree Stores, a Fortune 150 company, where responsibilities included overseeing IT operations for both Dollar Tree and Family Dollar, managing 15,000+ stores and a complex supply chain. Aaron's career at Family Dollar spanned over a decade and included positions as IT Director of Supply Chain and Senior Manager of Supply Chain, where leadership was focused on strategic IT initiatives for distribution and transportation. Earlier experience includes roles in IT project management and system analysis at KVAT Foods Inc. Aaron holds a degree from Virginia Intermont College.
