Kathryn Goodman

Kathryn Goodman is an accomplished visual merchandiser with extensive experience across various retail and educational settings. Currently serving as a visual merchandiser for Shoe Carnival, Inc. and Shoe Station since 2022, Kathryn previously held roles at Belk as an assistant store manager and visual merchandising leader, as well as a visual manager at Macy's, where responsibilities included production management of exterior windows and collaboration with management to enhance customer experiences. Academic contributions include serving as an adjunct instructor at the University of Illinois Springfield, teaching theater design and costume design, while also offering freelance costume design and technical expertise in theater and opera from 2001 to 2010. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre from Ohio University and furthered education at the University of Washington.
