Gustavo Oliveira Mendonça has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gustavo began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Grupo Contax in 2008 and later worked as a Financial Support Analyst at todo! from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they developed automation tools and databases to improve productivity and prepared financial reports.

In 2011, Gustavo transitioned to the role of Information Technology System Analyst at Actavox Sales Management & Strategy. Gustavo specialized in parameterization and customization of CRM software and managed a project for developing a CRM solution with a partner company. Gustavo held this position until 2014.

From 2016 to 2018, Gustavo worked as an Information Technology System Analyst at Techsteel Integração de Sistemas. Gustavo was responsible for developing systems focused on industry 4.0 and developed an application to gather production traceability data.

In 2018, Gustavo joined IHM stefanini as a Senior Software Engineer. Gustavo managed a team of developers and was responsible for the software architecture of products. Gustavo also took on additional roles, including DevOps and Innovation Consultant. As DevOps, they managed the DevOps lifecycle and infrastructure on AWS, recreated Kubernetes clusters, and developed CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems. As an Innovation Consultant, they received technological challenges from the industry and presented innovative solutions, focusing on the development of Locus, a realtime microlocation framework. Gustavo held these roles until 2022.

In 2022, Gustavo joined SEE ID as a Senior Software Engineer. Gustavo deployed Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS using Terraform and developed CI/CD pipelines on GitLab for package publishing and environment deployment.

Lastly, in 2022, Gustavo joined Plan A Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer before moving to their current role as a Software Engineer at Shoelace Learning, builders of Dreamscape.

Gustavo Oliveira Mendonça began their education in 2005 at the USP - Universidade de São Paulo, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Gustavo completed this program in 2009. From 2009 to 2014, Gustavo attended the Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo - FATEC-SP, where they studied Analysis and Systems Development, although it is not specified if they obtained a degree in this field.

In 2016, Gustavo enrolled at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Mechatronics, Robotics, and Control and Automation. Gustavo completed this program in 2021.

Gustavo also obtained a certification in "Internet of Things: Roadmap to a Connected World" from MIT Professional Education in March 2017.
