Lauren Cridge

Lauren Cridge is an experienced professional in talent development and training within healthcare and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as a Talent Development Partner at Dayton Children's Hospital since September 2022, Lauren previously held various roles at CareSource from June 2011 to October 2022, including Talent Development Learning Partner and Market Learning Partner, focusing on training needs assessment and course development. In addition, Lauren has contributed to Shoes 4 the Shoeless since March 2011 as an Advisor to the Board, organizing fundraising events and mentoring interns. Lauren's background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a minor in Psychology from Wright State University, gained between 2008 and 2012. Early career experience includes serving as a State Tested Nurse Aide at St. Luke's Lutheran Community from March 2006 to June 2013.
