Analisa Afonso, HRCI PHR

Analisa Afonso has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Analisa began their career as a Legal Assistant to a Partner at Conyers Dill & Pearman in 2004, where they worked until 2008. In 2011, they joined Tenet Healthcare as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and later transitioned to the role of HR Generalist/Labor. In 2018, they joined Shoes For Crews as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on Total Compensation & Compliance. Analisa then advanced to the position of Director of Total Rewards & Compliance, where they oversee the development and administration of competitive total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, retirement, equity, and other work experience programs globally. Additionally, they manage global payroll operations for the company.

Analisa Afonso's education history begins with their Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology, which they obtained from Bridgewater State University in 1999. In 2013, they obtained a Paralegal Certificate from Duke University.

In terms of additional certifications, Analisa obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in April 2021. Analisa also became a Notary Public in the State of Florida in the same year. In 2013, they obtained a Certified Paralegal (CP) certification from Duke University.

Furthermore, Analisa has a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), obtained in 2001. In 2000, they became a certified Open Water Diver through PADI.

More recently, Analisa obtained two certifications related to Microsoft Excel. In April 2023, they completed Microsoft Excel for Office 365 - Part 2 at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. The following month, in May 2023, they completed Microsoft Excel for Office 365 (Desktop or Online) - Part 3, also at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.
