Andrés Maldonado

Andrés Maldonado has had a varied work experience since 2012. Andrés began their career as a Front-End Developer at Mood Social Media and Cross Media in 2012. Andrés then moved on to become a Technician of Computer Equipment Repair at Moviltec Los Andes in 2013. After that, they became a Coach and Tutor of Personal and Entrepreneurial Development at Empodera tu Vida in 2018. In 2021, they worked as an IT Consultant and Recruiter at Ireclut and as a Freelance IT Consultant and Recruiter. Currently, they are an Information Technology Recruiter at Shokworks, Inc., where they have helped to migrate and automate 100% of the recruitment processes with the HR team and automation processes. Andrés has also helped to iterate the end-to-end recruitment process with the team by creating UML diagrams and recruiting pipelines. Andrés has also helped the recruitment department to reduce the turnover rate in the company.

Andrés Maldonado has an education history that includes a Licenciatura in Psicología Social from UPTM, which they completed between 2021 and 2026. Andrés also earned a TSU en Informática from Antonio José de Sucre Mérida Venezuela between 2009 and 2012, with a focus on Frontend development.
