Oscar González has 20 years of experience in the technology field, working in various technical and managerial positions. In 2020, they began working at Shokworks, Inc. as a CTO and Project Manager. In 2019, they were a Senior FullStack Developer and Digital Entrepreneur at Desarrollo Web Total. In 2018, they were a Senior Software Developer at Opinno and a Senior Software Development Engineer at Superfanatico. From 2016-2018, they held various positions at GRUPO EMPRESARIAL OPENSOFT, including Gerente de Proyectos and Director General de Tecnología de la Información y la Comunicación. In 2014, they were the Director de Informática y Sistemas at the Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Educación. In 2012, they were an Asesor de tecnología de la información at the Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación. From 2010-2006, they held various positions at FUNDAYACUCHO and the Oficina de Planificación del Sector Universitario (OPSU), including Director General de Tecnología de Información, Jefe de la Unidad de Desarrollo de Sistemas, Administrador de Bases de Datos (DBA), and Analista de Procesamiento de Datos.
