Hikaru Hie

Hikaru (Lou) Hie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience spanning various roles in education, facilitation, and corporate training. Currently serving as the Creative Team Lead at Global Play Brigade, Hikaru is also the Founder of Applied Improvisation Facilitator Academia (AIFA) and has held the title of Partner at Doninto Oy since June 2021. As a Professor at Shonan Institute of Technology, Hikaru teaches and mentors in the field of creative communication. The applied improvisation focus at AIFA aims to enhance essential communication skills. Additionally, Hikaru is a Certified Practitioner and serves on the Board of Directors for the Applied Improvisation Network and acts as an Associate Coach at The Core Story. Other noteworthy contributions include roles at NPO ACE as a councilor and as CEO and Corporate Trainer at Ena Communication Inc. Educational credentials include a BA in Psychology and Art from Western Oregon University and ongoing involvement with Keio University.
