Mora Carew is a finance and operations professional currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Finance Operations and Data Analytics at Shondaland since January 2021, where responsibilities include managing daily financial operations and liaising with external financial partners. Prior to this role, Mora was selected as a Shadowing Director at the Alliance of Women Directors in 2020 and gained extensive training in directing and writing as an apprentice to renowned filmmaker Peter Bogdanovich from 2018 to 2019.
