Matthys Boshoff is an accomplished professional in the film and advertising industry, currently serving as Director of Commercials & Branded Content at both Sweetshop and Shooting Gallery Asia since 2021. As Co-Founder, Owner & Head of Development at AIR Films, Matthys has focused on scripted entertainment and the execution of award-winning live action and animated commercials for major clients such as Coca Cola, Dole, and MTN Group. Previous roles include Co Executive Producer, Writer & Director of the film "Racheltjie de Beer," and Director of Commercials & Branded Content at The Star Film Company, where Matthys worked with notable clients such as Cadbury and Nestle. With a strong educational background that includes an Executive MBA from the Berlin School of Creative Leadership, Matthys boasts extensive experience in creative development, scriptwriting, and production management from various roles in the industry since 2003.
