Chris Bull

Chris Bull is the Owner and President of Spectas since January 2017, demonstrating leadership in the industry. Additionally, Chris serves on the Board of Directors for the Shop! Association since February 2018. Previously, Chris was the Owner and CEO of TDC INSTORE from March 1991 to January 2017, providing strategic in-store solutions for leading brand marketers and retailers. Chris held the position of Chair and Past Chair at POPAI from 1990 to 2016 and began the career as a Sales Executive at API from June 1986 to February 1991. Chris holds a degree from the University of Delaware, attended from 1981 to 1985, and graduated from HMHS from 1977 to 1981.
