Mike W. currently serves as the Director of Supply Chain & Operations at Shop Vac USA, LLC, with a focus on manufacturing and distribution since August 2023. Previously, Mike held the position of Director of Operations at Burpee Gardening for three years, overseeing packaging, production operations, logistics, and e-commerce strategy. Mike also served as Executive Director of Warehousing & Logistics at Venture Logistics, where responsibilities included distribution and inventory management. Before that, extensive experience was gained at Walmart in various supply chain roles, culminating in a Director position, where Mike developed key strategic programs and managed supply chain innovation. Mike's earlier career includes service as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, and education includes an MBA in Finance and Logistics from the University of Tennessee and a BA in Business Administration from Campbell University.
