Lead Strategy Partnerships Financial Services at ShopBack

Carina Chung has a diverse work experience in various industries. Carina started their career in 2014 as a Supply Chain Management Intern at TotalEnergies. In 2016, they worked as a Development Intern for the Burger King Brand in the APAC region at Restaurant Brands International.

From 2017 to 2019, Carina held multiple roles at Restaurant Brands International, including Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Manager in Marketing Analytics for the Burger King Brand in the APAC region. Carina also worked as an Analyst in the Leadership Development Programme during this time.

In 2019, Carina joined Found8, an innovation-focused coworking provider, where they worked in a role focused on New Vertical (Corporate Innovation) and Business Strategy.

Since 2020, Carina has been working at ShopBack. Carina started as a Key Account Manager and then progressed to the role of Business Development Manager, where they focused on Strategic Accounts. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Business Development Manager, responsible for Strategic Partnerships. Currently, Carina holds the position of Lead, Strategy & Partnerships (Financial Services) at ShopBack.

Carina Chung's education history includes several academic achievements. In 2010, they completed their High School education at Raffles Institution, where they focused on GCE 'A' Levels. Following this, from 2012 to 2016, they attended Nanyang Technological University Singapore and pursued a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree in Chemical Engineering. Additionally, during the same period, they participated in the Renaissance Engineering Programme, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this program. Carina also pursued a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from Nanyang Business School from 2012 to 2016. Lastly, in 2014 to 2015, they attended Imperial College London and earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering.
