Choon Soon G.

Choon Soon G. has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. In 2015, they started their career at Aventedge as an Event Manager before transitioning to the role of Salesforce Project Manager. In 2017, they joined VISEO as a Consultant and later became a Senior Consultant. They then moved to Grab in 2019, serving as a Salesforce Product Owner. In 2020, Choon Soon G. joined PwC as a Manager. Currently, they are working at ShopBack as the Head of Business Process, starting in March 2022.

Choon Soon G. obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Quantic School of Business and Technology in 2022. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) with a major in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2013 to 2015. Choon Soon G. also holds a Diploma in Integrated Events and Project Management from Singapore Polytechnic, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Choon Soon G. has obtained several certifications. These include being a Salesforce Certified Associate and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst from Salesforce, which they obtained in 2023. They also acquired the Copado Consultant Certification from Copado in 2022. Furthermore, Choon Soon G. holds certifications from Flosum and Scrum.org, namely the Flosum Certified Professional and Professional Scrum Master I, respectively.
