Echica-Londonio Karen Jameel has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Echica-Londonio started their career as a Software Developer at NEC Telecom Software Philippines, where they were involved in a project for various NEC SpectralWave Universal Node multiplexers. Echica-Londonio then worked at Gemalto, initially as a Software Engineer in the Tools and Innovations team, where they provided tools and utilities for both internal and external customers. Later, they took on the role of a Project Leader, managing a team and handling desktop applications using Java technology. Echica-Londonio also worked as an R&D Solutions Architect at Mr Geek Mobile Solutions Inc, where they led a team of developers in implementing mobile applications and solutions using NodeJS, Angular, and Firebase.

Echica-Londonio then joined HCL Technologies as a Technical Lead Trainer for Google Cloud Platform, responsible for creating training content and providing up-to-date training to new hires and existing staff. Currently, they are working at ShopBack as a Technical Support Lead.

Echica-Londonio Karen Jameel attended the Cebu Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. In terms of additional certifications, they have completed various online courses and obtained certifications such as "Time Management: Working from Home" from LinkedIn in February 2021, "15 Secrets Successful People Know about Time Management (getAbstract Summary)" from LinkedIn in January 2021, "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn in January 2021, and "Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC)" from CertiProf in July 2020. Furthermore, they have obtained several certifications related to Google Cloud Platform and application development between August 2018 and November 2018. One notable certification they earned in March 2018 is "Google Cloud Platform Big Data and Machine Learning Fundamental" from Coursera.
