Hanny Nuraina

Hanny Nuraina is a professional with diverse experience in customer relations, human resources, and sales and marketing. Currently serving as a Consumer Relations Specialist and previously as a Customer Service Executive at ShopBack since May 2022, Hanny has developed strong skills in client engagement and support. Prior experience includes working as an HR Recruiter at AIA from September 2021 to March 2022, along with a brief freelance role as a Sales and Marketing Representative from May 2020 to May 2021. Additionally, Hanny worked as an Administrative Assistant at MultiSolve Group in mid-2020. Hanny holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Universiti Putra Malaysia, completed in September 2022, and attended Kolej Matrikulasi Johor from 2017 to 2018.
