Jia Ler Chew

Jia Ler Chew has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Currently, they work as a Data Analyst at ShopBack. Prior to that, they served as an Assistant Manager at U Mobile, where they held a position from August 2021 to June 2022. From August 2018 to July 2021, Jia Ler Chew worked at DKSH as a Senior Data Analyst and Project Coordinator. Earlier in their career, they were a Machine Learning Engineer at Wooppy, a startup specializing in B2B AI solutions. They also gained experience in the automotive industry as the Sponsorship Department Head and Intern at Shell Eco-Marathon Asia. Additionally, they held an internship role at SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad, assisting the Hook-Up and Commissioning Engineering Team. Jia Ler Chew has also contributed to student activities as part of the School of Engineering Sub-Committee at Monash University Malaysia. They started their working journey as a Physics/Additional Mathematics Tutor at TTC Education and were involved in the Shell Petrol Station Bio-Diesel Upgrade Project at Strateq.

Jia Ler Chew completed their Cambridge A-Levels from Taylor's College during the academic years 2010 to 2011. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Monash University Malaysia between 2012 and 2015.
