Sophy Chen has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Sophy started their career as a Tour Manager and OP Manager at Modern Express Corp. (Travel Agency) from 2004 to 2011, where they handled production planning, market surveying, and crisis handling, among other responsibilities.

Sophy then worked as a Marketing Manager at Modern Express Corp. (Travel Agency) from 2013 to 2016, where they were responsible for marketing strategy, product survey and analysis, and advertising effectiveness evaluation.

In 2016, Sophy joined GOMAJI as a Business Development Manager, where they focused on revenue growth, developed a new business model, and conducted marketing surveys and communication for OTA services.

From 2018 to 2019, they worked as the Sr. Manager and Head of Key Account Management at honestbee, where they strengthened relationships with key accounts, analyzed data, and strategized marketing campaigns to boost performance.

Currently, Sophy holds the position of Head of Business Development and Account Management at ShopBack since 2019. Their responsibilities include leading a team, acquiring key merchant partners, and establishing long-term positive relationships.

Throughout their career, Sophy has showcased skills in negotiation, communication, teamwork, and crisis management.

Sophy Chen attended Shih Shin University in Taipei City, Taiwan from 2000 to 2004. During their time there, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Department of Communications Management. In 2006, they obtained a certification in Travel Industry Ticketing from the Taipei Travel Association. In 2013, they acquired a certification in International Photographic Agency from the Department of Transportation's Traffic Bureau. Finally, in 2016, they received a certification in MA Training from GOMAJI.
