Melody Chou

Melody Chou is a seasoned UX designer and product designer with experience spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Lead UX Designer at Audible since November 2015, Melody has focused on enhancing user experience across Amazon's website and mobile shopping app. Previous roles include Senior UX Designer at Audible, UI/UX Designer at DESIGNATION Labs, where Melody collaborated with local entrepreneurs to conduct UX research for mobile applications, and Product Designer at Randa Accessories and Fossil, specializing in designing accessories and ladies' dress watches respectively. Melody began the career as a Product Design Intern at laga | 180 design. Melody holds a degree in Industrial Design from Arizona State University, completed in 2008.
