Aditya Firmantyas Prakoso

Aditya Firmantyas Prakoso currently serves as a People Search (Recruitment) professional at Shopee since November 2023, focusing on logistics services. Previously, Aditya was involved in talent acquisition at RedDoorz, managing recruitment processes across Indonesia. Aditya has also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Kitabisa and as an intern in the Human Resources department of Sekretariat Jenderal MPR RI. With extensive experience in AIESEC in Trisakti, Aditya held multiple leadership roles, including Local Head of Talent Management and Organizing Committee Vice President for brand and marketing initiatives.
