Aisyah Refina

Aisyah Refina currently serves as a People Business Partner at Pinhome, a role initiated in March 2022, where Aisyah analyzes metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies, as well as drafts contract terms for new hires. Previously, Aisyah worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Prestisa from October 2020 to March 2022, focusing on end-to-end recruitment and managing employee branding strategies. Aisyah gained early experience as a Recruitment Intern at PT Pertamina Hulu Energi in February 2019, ensuring compliance with employment and data protection laws. Aisyah also held the position of Liaison Officer for the Asia Young Designer Award 2017 at PT. NP Auto Refinish Indonesia. Aisyah holds an International Undergraduate degree in Psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada and is currently enrolled in the International Summer Course Program in Psychology and the Brain at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
