Jiahao Chen

Jiahao Chen is the Head of China Business Intelligence at Shopee, where they manage a team of approximately 40 analysts to support timely organizational decision-making. Previously, they served as the LATAM launch project manager at Shopee, becoming the first Chinese employee in Mexico to establish local operations. Jiahao's experience includes working as an associate at McKinsey & Company and as a supply chain manager at Procter & Gamble, where they managed global logistics and new product launches. Jiahao holds a degree from INSEAD and is proficient in several languages, including Cantonese, Mandarin, Swatow, and English.
